Time: 9.30am - 10pm

Cashier: -

1. To collect cash float at the start of duty from Duty Officer before Book Fair opening, set up the Team POS at the opening of business operations.

• Retail Assistant: -

  1. To perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of work area

  2. To maintain attractive merchandise and window display at all times.

• Cashier: -

  1. To perform general housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and tidiness at the cashiers’ counter.

  2. To collect cash float at the start of duty from Duty Officer before Book Fair opening, set up the Team POS at the opening of business operations.

  3. To perform cashiering duties (Cash / Voucher / Credit card). a)b)

  4. To ensure all cancellation of transaction are properly recorded, all printouts are kept and submitted to Duty Officer when counter closing is conducted.

  5. To ensure sufficient plastic bags, paper rolls, staples, pens and any necessary items are available at Cashier’s counter.

  Retail Assistant: -

  1. To perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of work area

  2. To maintain attractive merchandise and window display at all times.

  3. To carry out tasks on stock processing e.g. receiving, pricing, display, etc

  4. To ensure all merchandise is appropriately labeled, PLU at Team POS before display out merchandise at selling floor.

  5. To provide good customer service by means of attending to customer’s needs and extend assistance whenever required.
