Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment and a proven ability to attract, assess and secure high-calibre talent across a range of functions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies and deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define role specifications.

• Source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking and other recruitment channels.

• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage offer discussions and salary negotiations.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and offer acceptance rates.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice.

• Keep abreast of recruitment trends, market intelligence and salary benchmarking.

• Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment legislation.
