Good written and spoken English and Chinese.

Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.

Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, or YouTube.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu (RED), TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

Design social media posts, posters, and short videos using Canva or similar tools.

Edit photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.

Assist in writing marketing copy, captions, and blog articles.

Schedule and publish social media content according to the marketing calendar.

Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or messages when required.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Assist in SEO, Google Business Profile, and website content updates.

Track campaign performance and prepare simple monthly reports.

Learn and use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI) to improve productivity.

Support marketing events, health campaigns, and promotional activities.

Perform other marketing and administrative duties assigned by the team.
