Full Time Welder Fabricator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,300 + overtime in Kemikon Perai - Maukerja

Diploma in a relevant technical field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabrication welding.

Proficiency in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).

Ability to interpret welding symbols, read and interpret technical drawings and process sheet.

Ability to read and comprehend measuring tape & caliper.

Welding range from simple to complicated structure.

Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a manufacturing setting.

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to rework, modify or fabricate parts.

Ability to use basic mathematics.

Perform welding operations using wire welding MIG/GMAW (Gas metal Arc Welding),FCAW (Flux core Arc Welding, TIG/GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding).

Welding steel parts with welding equipment as specified by process sheet, fabrication technical drawing and work instructions.

Welding finishing skills equivalent to American Welding Society (AWS) standards.

Operating and adjusting welding machine such as power, gas pressure & speed of feeding rod according type and thickness of material.

Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions.

Housekeeping in accordance of 5’S.

Participating in process and product development and improvement plans.
