Full Time Gold Appraiser (Mandarin Speaker) Jobs, in PGH Group Trading Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Experience in gold appraisal, jewellery, pawnshop operations, or the retail jewellery industry is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided for candidates with a strong willingness to learn.

Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Inspect, evaluate, and appraise gold, jewellery, and precious metals based on purity, weight, and condition.

Perform gold testing using professional appraisal tools and equipment.

Determine the value of gold and jewellery in accordance with company guidelines.

Explain appraisal results and provide professional recommendations to customers.

Prepare and maintain accurate appraisal records and transaction documentation.

Ensure all appraisal and valuation processes comply with company policies and procedures.

Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.

Assist with other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
