Job Requirements

• Communicate with customers, make outbound calls and follow up on sales leads.
• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Keep up with product information and updates.
• Explain and demonstrate product/service features.
• Close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required.
• Work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
