Required Skills & Qualifications;

• Diploma or certificate in electrical/electronic engineering or related field

• Experience in repairing home appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers, AC units)

• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and basic electronics

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics

• Good communication and customer service skills

Job Summary;

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of household appliances. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and good customer service.

Key Responsibilities;

• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues

• Repair or replace defective components (motors, compressors, wiring, PCB boards, etc.)

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing

• Test appliances after repair to ensure proper function

• Provide customers with usage guidance and maintenance tips

• Maintain service records and reports
