Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sales Engineer (Audio Visual & CCTV Security Systems), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 + commission di Dathermark (M) Selangor - Maukerja

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Project Management, or Business Development (experience in AV, CCTV, ELV, or IT solutions is preferred).

• Strong passion for technical sales and business development.

• Knowledge of Audio Visual systems, CCTV, networking, or security solutions is an added advantage.

• Able to prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, commercial, industrial, education, and residential markets.

• Meet with clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable AV and AI CCTV security solutions.

• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender submissions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.

• Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and business partners.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Technical & Project Coordination

• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.

• Work closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.

• Coordinate project planning, implementation, testing, and commissioning.

• Attend site meetings and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.

• Resolve technical and project-related issues efficiently.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover documents.
