Full Time Sales Executive - FMCG Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Recruit Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM/ Diploma qualification of any field

Have sales experience in FMCG/ food product(Traditional Trade Preferred)

Experience selling snacks/ dry food products is highly preferred

Familiar with local markets and retail trade

Possessing an existing retailer network is an added advantage

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and possess your own transport with a willingness to travel

Basic knowledge of manual or system-based sales reporting

Sales & Market Development: Actively promote and push the company's brand to retailers, wholesalers, sundry shops, mini markets, and supermarkets. Identify new sales outlets, expand market coverage within your assigned territory, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Regularly visit outlets to ensure stock availability, manage shelf displays, and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.

Order Collection & Payment Follow-up: Take accurate orders and submit them timely. Follow up on payments and ensure collections align with credit terms.

Merchandising & Promotion: Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and promotional displays. Execute in-store promotions, sampling, and special campaigns while monitoring and reporting competitor activities.

Stock Monitoring: Monitor outlet stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries.

Reporting & Compliance: Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and monthly summaries. Maintain an accurate customer database and adhere to company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.
