Full Time Production Technician Jobs, in Synergy Staffing Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
At least 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role (GMP environment preferred)
Practical knowledge of GMP documentation
Reasonably good mathematical skills (required for working closely with Chemist on chemical ratios)
Willing to work overtime

Working Hours
5 days work week with Alternate Saturday

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Alternate Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Client Location: 37 & 39, Jalan USJ 1/31, USJ 1, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Production Operations:
Mixing raw materials (chemicals ratio for cosmetic and hair products)

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures

Ensure production targets and deadlines are met with high-quality output

Monthly raw material stocktake

Support other departments as needed

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Identify and resolve issues with production equipment to minimize downtime

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines and tools as needed

Quality Control:
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Identify and report defective materials or products for corrective action

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance and incidents

Complete required production logs and quality assurance documentation
