Malaysian Citizen only
SPM qualification or above
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell products to passengers in airport retail outlets.
Approach customers professionally and introduce product features, benefits, and promotions.
Recommend products based on customer needs, preferences, and budget.
Maintain excellent customer service by answering questions and handling customer requests.
Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions.
Handle cashier duties.
Keep the counter/store area clean and organized.
