Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.

Responsibilities
Review customer and transaction information to support AML/CFT compliance.
Perform customer due diligence (CDD) and transaction screening.
Provide compliance and operational support to branches and agents.
Respond to Helpdesk enquiries and assist users with platform-related issues.
Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain compliance records and prepare reports.
Support compliance training, projects and continuous process improvements.
