Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.

• 3–5 yearsof experience inB2B Sales, Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, or Business Development.

• Experience in Factory Automation, Manufacturing, Industrial Components, MRO, or Engineering Products is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proactive, target-driven, and commercially minded.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing industrial accounts.

• Promote Factory Automation, mechanical components, industrial parts, MRO, and engineering solutions.

• Develop customers within manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, and industrial sectors.

• Build relationships with engineers, procurement teams, maintenance teams, and key decision-makers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales forecasts, and manage the sales pipeline.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business discussions.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
