Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, or related fields.

• 3–5 yearsof sales experience inMolecular Diagnostics, IVD, Clinical Diagnostics, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Laboratory Solutions.

• Experience handling hospital, laboratory, government, or healthcare accounts is highly preferred.

• Proven track record in sales achievement, account development, and business growth.

• Experience handling hospital/government tenders is an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

• Willing to travel for customer visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts while achieving sales targets.

• Promote Molecular Diagnostics, Life Sciences, and laboratory solutions.

• Develop relationships with hospitals, clinical laboratories, diagnostic centres, and healthcare institutions.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.

• Handle tenders, quotations, negotiations, and commercial proposals.

• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM activities, and account plans.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

• Work closely with technical, clinical, marketing, and regional teams to deliver suitable solutions.
