Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and networking concepts.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications.

• Basic understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, PHP) is an added advantage.

• Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to different IT environments.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Internship duration of at least 3–6 months is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Support the setup and maintenance of company systems, email accounts, and user access.

• Perform routine system updates, backups, and basic troubleshooting.

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining network and internet connectivity.

• Document IT issues, solutions, and system configurations.

• Support the IT team in software testing, system implementation, and IT projects.

• Assist in maintaining IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

• Ensure IT equipment is properly maintained and secured.

• Carry out other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
