Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

• Familiar with Figma and Canva.

What You'll Do

• Understand project briefs, campaign objectives, brand guidelines and target audiences by studying project requirements before designing.

• Research the client's products, services, competitors and visual references so that every design communicates with relevance and purpose.

• Design digital marketing assets including social media creatives, advertisements, presentation decks, website visuals, campaign materials and branding assets that align with communication objectives.

• Apply typography, layout, colour, hierarchy and visual principles to improve readability, consistency and user attention.

• Adapt designs across different platforms, formats and campaign requirements while maintaining visual consistency and brand identity.

• Work with strategists, copywriters, video editors and project teams to ensure visuals support the overall marketing message.

• Organise design files, working assets, templates and project folders so that files remain structured, accessible and ready for future collaboration.

• Prepare artwork for internal reviews and final production by checking specifications, consistency and design quality before delivery.

• Apply feedback thoughtfully by refining layouts, typography and visual communication to improve the effectiveness of every design.

• Build your understanding of branding, marketing and business by continuously learning from client projects and industry trends.
