Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Air Freight Import, Air Cargo Operations, Freight Forwarding Operations & Import Customer Service
- Good understanding of import procedures and customs documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- SPM, STPM, or Diploma qualification.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day Air Freight Import operations.
- Handle customs-related documentation and import procedures.
- Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Transportation, and Customs teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Liaise with overseas agents, vendors, suppliers, and service providers on shipment arrangements.
- Monitor shipment milestones and update operational records in the system.
- Prepare customer-specific reports and ensure accurate shipment data entry.
- Respond to customer enquiries, resolve operational issues, and maintain service excellence.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide operational assistance as required.
