Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Oversee the daily operations of the condominium complex.

Manage and supervise on-site staff, including maintenance and security personnel.

Ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.

Develop and manage the annual operating budget for the condominium.

Enforce condominium rules and regulations, ensuring compliance from residents.
