Contract Client Services Executive (Cantonese Speaker) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Global Lancesoft WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in the insurance industry

• Knowledge of Life Insurance or Employee Health Benefits is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Process insurance claims within defined turnaround time (TAT), including:

  • Verifying claim documentation

  • Evaluating eligibility and coverage

  • Calculating and determining claim settlements

• Ensure accurate, timely, and fair claims handling in line with company policies

• Provide high-quality customer service via phone calls and email communication

• Manage email correspondence and liaise with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution

• Ensure all outputs (calls, emails, claims) meet quality standards and SLA requirements

• Support daily operations and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Collaborate effectively as a team player to achieve contact center KPIs
