Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA, CIMA) preferred
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
Hands-on experience in group consolidation, including the preparation of consolidated Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and inter-company eliminations.
Proven experience within a manufacturing environment, particularly in cost accounting, inventory management, and production accounting.
Prior experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or consumer products industry will be advantageous.
Proficiency in accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL Accounting, SAP, or equivalent systems, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various entities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with operations, sales, and management teams.
Willingness to relocate to Rawang in line with the company's future expansion plans.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS.
Prepare consolidated Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and financial reports across multiple entities, including inter-company eliminations and reconciliations.
Maintain consolidation schedules and ensure accounting policies are consistently applied across all entities within the group.
Oversee the full set of accounts for each entity.
Manage manufacturing and product costing activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
Monitor and analyse production costs, raw material costs, and factory overhead expenses.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management at both entity and group levels.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including Sales and Service Tax (SST), corporate tax, withholding tax, and statutory filing requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
Strengthen internal controls, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and overall financial governance practices.
Provide financial analysis and business insights at both entity and group levels to support management decision-making.
Supervise, mentor, and develop members of the finance and accounting team.
Support ad hoc finance initiatives, including system enhancements, audits, and new business or product expansion projects.
