We are looking for passionate and responsible individuals to join our team as Part-Time Reading Programme Teachers. This role is suitable for fresh graduates, university students, or individuals interested in gaining teaching experience while working flexible hours.

Fresh graduates and university students are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

• Candidates with 1–2 years of teaching experience in one-to-one or small group learning environments are preferred.

• Proficient in Mandarin or English or Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.

• Interest in education, personalised learning, or child development is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children and parents.

• Patient, creative, and passionate about working with children.

• Understanding of child-centered learning approaches is an advantage.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.

• Multiple centres available. Candidates may be placed at one of the following locations based on preference and availability: Sri Petaling / Bukit Jalil / Ara Damansara / Sri Damansara / Bandar Menjalara / Ipoh Pinji Seni / Johor Iskandar Putri

• Conduct engaging one-to-one or small group reading lessons for children in Mandarin or English, or Bahasa Malaysia.

• Adapt teaching methods based on each student’s learning pace and ability.

• Support the implementation of individual learning plans to help students build confidence and reading skills.

• Conduct basic assessments to monitor student progress.

• Provide simple feedback to parents on students’ learning development when required.

• Create a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment for students.

• Maintain basic student records, including attendance and learning progress.
