Tokmer Global Sdn. Bhd., formerly known as Tokmer Enterprise, is a company operating in the food and beverage industry. Established in 2022, Tokmer currently has three restaurant branches across Melakaandone central kitchen.

We are currently hiring a Central Kitchen Assistantfor our headquarters atPlaza Semabok.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

• Experience in an F&B kitchen or Central Kitchen will be an added advantage.

• Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

• Hardworking, disciplined, clean, and punctual.

• Willing to work shifts or early mornings when required.

• Prepare raw ingredients according to recipes and instructions from the Production Supervisor.

• Assist with food preparation, including cutting, washing, weighing, and packing ingredients.

• Perform basic cooking tasks or assist the production crew during the cooking process.

• Handle raw ingredients according to food hygiene and safety SOPs.

• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.

• Assist with daily stock management, including receiving, arranging, labelling, and storing items according to FIFO/FEFO practices.

• Clean and store kitchen equipment after use.

• Support Central Kitchen operations during peak hours.

• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
