Job Description

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Introduce the menu, recommend signature dishes, and assist customers with their orders.

• Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system.

• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared and served promptly.

• Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards.

• Process customer payments and handle cashier duties when required.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and workstations.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome (training will be provided).

• Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
