Job Description

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Discretion and confidentiality.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, such as booking rooms, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects.

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.

  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
