Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Assistant / Indoor Sales Executive to support our daily sales operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role focuses on corporate clients, B2B and education institutions.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

• Fresh graduates or 0–1 year sales experience are welcomed

• Interest in AI/EdTech/ IT solutions

• Good communication skills, Positive attitude, self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting and selling SWIPE products to corporate clients ,schools and universities.

• Prepare and issue sales quotations, proposals, and related documentation.

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

• Follow up on sales leads from marketing activities and exhibitions

• Arrange customer meetings and product demonstrations

• Process sales orders and coordinate delivery schedules with the operations team.

• Update CRM and sales reports
