Full Time Senior Electrical Project Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 11,000 in Ingenious Works International (M) Selangor - Maukerja

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

· Min 7years’ experience in Electrical EPCC projects, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

· Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and multi-disciplinary coordination.

· Strong hands-on experience with power distribution systems, substations, switchgear, transformers, cabling, and related electrical infrastructure.

· Solid understanding of applicable electrical codes, standards, and statutory regulations.

· Experience working under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team player skills.

· Proficiency in project management tools, software, and reporting systems.

· Strong understanding of HSE requirements, ISO quality standards, and regulatory compliance in electrical projects.

(A) Project Planning & Execution

·         Develop comprehensive project execution plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

·         Coordinate electrical project activities from engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.

·         Ensure all works meet contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

·         Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to deliver integrated project solutions.

·         Lead commissioning and handover activities, including testing, documentation, and client training.

(B)  Team Leadership & Coordination

·         Lead, manage and mentor electrical engineers, site engineers, and project staff to ensure high performance and accountability.

·         Facilitate collaboration across multi-disciplinary division, including administrative, procurement, environmental & safety, legal & compliance, finance, etc.

·         Resolve technical, operational, communication and coordination issues promptly to maintain project momentum.

·         Allocate resources efficiently and manage manpower to meet project objectives.

·         Conduct regular project team meetings and performance reviews.

·         Contribute to lessons-learned and post-project evaluation to improve future project execution.

(C) Commercial & Financial Management

·         Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance, ensuring targets are achieved.

·         Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and propose corrective actions where necessary.

·         Support contract administration, change management, and client communications related to scope, schedule, and cost.

(D) Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance

·         Provide technical guidance to the project team on electrical design, installation, and commissioning activities.

·         Ensure adherence to quality standards, HSE requirements, ISO requirements and statutory regulations.

·         Review technical documentation, drawings, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.

·         Resolve on-site technical issues and make decisions to mitigate delays or risks.

(E)  Stakeholder Management & Reporting

·         Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for electrical project matters.

·         Maintain regular reporting on project progress, risks, and performance to senior management and stakeholders.

·         Support senior leadership in managing client expectations and project governance requirements.

·         Assist in business development by providing technical input for proposals and project bids.

(F)  Performance Monitoring & Compliance

·         Establish and monitor project KPIs, timelines, and deliverables.

·         Implement corrective actions where necessary to ensure project objectives are met.

·         Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the project team.
