Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office workflow. The successful candidate will support office management, documentation, coordination and administrative activities while working closely with internal teams and external parties.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, responsible and a good team player.
• Experience in handling office administration, documentation and vendor coordination will be an added advantage

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office workflow.
• Prepare, organize and maintain company documents, records and filing systems.
• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls and general office enquiries.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements when required.
• Manage office supplies, stationery and pantry inventory.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers and external parties for office-related matters.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other administrative documents.
• Support HR and Finance departments with administrative tasks when required.
• Monitor office maintenance and ensure a clean, safe and organized working environment.
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management from time to time.
