• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics).

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in technical investigation or a related role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Excellent report writing and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Discretion and a high level of integrity in handling sensitive information.

• Proactive,resourceful and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Analyze evidence and data to identify root causes and contributing factors.

• Prepare detailed reports on investigation findings, including recommendations for corrective actions.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve technical problems.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigation activities.

• Stay updated on the latest technologies and investigative techniques in the security and personal safety field.

• Provide technical support,technical information and guidance to clients regarding security solutions.
