Minimum Diploma qualification.

Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (written and spoken).

Must be able to read, write, and understand Mandarin.

Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience.

Handle procurement of computers, hardware peripherals, and software.

Review supply requests and purchase orders for new IT assets.

Coordinate with the IT Procurement team to resolve request discrepancies.

Create Requisition Orders (RO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), and issue Purchase Orders (PO).

Ensure Purchase Orders are sent to vendors and copied to the HQ IT Procurement team.

Track all PR/RO requests until the PO is issued using the provided SharePoint tracker.
