Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiar with POS systems and e-commerce seller platforms is an advantage

Comfortable using AI chat tools / AI chatbot systems for customer support and productivity

Responsible, responsive, and able to multitask

Team player with positive working attitude and initiative

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms

Reply to enquiries from e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada

Process orders, coordinate parcel arrangements, and monitor stock movement

Manage return, exchange, and repair cases professionally

Assist with stock checking and inventory management

Prepare simple reports and administrative documentation

Support daily office operations and perform ad hoc tasks when required
