Minimum SPM with at least 1 year of working experience in Sales/ Retail Assistant or any relevant field

Open to fresh graduates

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or other dialects are an added advantage.

Promote and sell products and services to customers.

Recommend suitable broadband, mobile, TV, and digital solutions based on customers' needs.

Cross-sell and upsell products to achieve sales targets.

Deliver excellent customer service and provide product demonstrations.

Assist customers with enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.

Promote and educate customers on Unifi Self-Care Apps and digital services.

Handle daily store operations including cash handling, inventory, and merchandising.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain a positive customer experience.
