Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

2-4 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)

Hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads is a must

Proven ability to identify and source relevant KOL/KOC aligned with brand positioning

Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and user behavior analysis

Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance

Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and basic SEO/SEM knowledge

Good command of English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers (written & spoken)

Experience in retail or high-value product marketing is an added advantage

Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as

Facebook, lnstagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Google Ads

Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta & Google), including budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, and optimization

Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results

Work closely with creative and digital agencies to develop engaging content (ads, videos, social media posts)

Identify, source, and engage suitable KOL/KOC for campaign collaborations and content amplification

Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) by analyzing user behavior, improving website conversion performance, and executing digital campaigns to increase both online and retail traffic

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution

Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices
