Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B technology sales is preferred.
- Experience selling software or technology solutions such as SaaS, ERP, cloud solutions, IT services, or related products.
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable generating leads independently through calls, emails, networking, and other outreach methods.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other prospecting activities.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable AI and software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
