Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or account management within the IT or cloud technology industry.

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in cloud technology and sales are encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts such as SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft 365.

• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin; additional languages are an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and lead follow-up.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify customer business needs.

• Promote and sell cloud solutions, including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, cloud infrastructure, cloud migration, managed services, Microsoft 365, backup and disaster recovery, and cybersecurity solutions.

• Conduct virtual product presentations, solution demonstrations, and sales meetings.

• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Manage the complete inside sales cycle from lead qualification to opportunity creation and deal closure.

• Work closely with Business Development Managers and Solution Architects to develop customer solutions.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update customer activities in the CRM system.

• Follow up on quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations to maximize conversion rates.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.

• Coordinate with Customer Success and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

• Stay updated on cloud technologies, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Participate in webinars, virtual events, and marketing campaigns to generate new leads.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
