Proven experience as a CNC Milling Machinist or similar role.

Proficiency in operating and setting up CNC milling machines.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming is a plus.

Strong understanding of machining principles and metalworking.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Operate and maintain CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).

Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools to produce parts with precise dimensions.

Perform in-process quality checks using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Identify and address potential issues with machinery, tooling, or materials.

Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
