Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the retail schedule at Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

Engage with customers visiting the smartphone section at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, providing a welcoming and informative experience.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable smartphone models, features, and accessories based on their requirements and budget.

Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key functionalities and benefits of various smartphone brands and models.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for smartphones and related services.

Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.

Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing display of smartphones and promotional materials within the store.

Stay updated on the latest smartphone technology, product launches, promotions, and competitor activities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working environment.
