Salary: RM3000 + high commission

We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful person to join our growing team. This role is ideal for top-tier sales professionals who excel in relationship-building, negotiation, and influencer engagement—but without traditional product selling.

Instead of direct sales, your focus will be on identifying, approaching, and securing collaborations with live stream hosts (influencers/KOLs) to promote and sell products through live streaming platforms.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in sales, business development, talent acquisition, or partnerships

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source high-potential Live Stream Hosts or Influencers.

- Initiate outreach and build strong relationships with Live Stream Hosts or Influencers.

- Persuade and onboard Live Hosts to participate in Live Selling campaigns

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

- Continuously expand and maintain a pipeline of quality live host partners
