Requirements

  • Language Proficiency:Proficient in reading, typing, and speaking inKorean (TOPIK Level 5/6 or native speaker equivalent).

  • Education: Minimum SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1/2/3 or equivalent qualification.

  • Core Skills:

    • High attention to detail and analytical skills for content evaluation.

    • Good computer skills and adaptability to content moderation tools.

    • Capability to handle sensitive, graphic, or objectionable online content professionally and objectively.

    • Strong emotional resilience, discipline, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with company policies and community guidelines.

  • Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates platform standards.

  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to relevant teams for further review.

  • Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality targets while handling assigned queues.

  • Document review decisions and provide feedback to support continuous process improvement.
