Education: Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 or equivalent.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with order processing (POs, RFQs, quotations), inventory allocation, shipment tracking, and basic Accounts Receivable (AR) coordination.

Core Skills:

• Strong cross-functional liaison and communication skills to coordinate with Sales, Shipping, Suppliers, and Accounts teams.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities for managing customer claims, expediting shipments, and resolving operational delays.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel for KPI reporting and lead-time monitoring.

Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and manage customer claims.

Liaise with Sales, Shipping, Suppliers, and Accounts teams on order status, delivery, and AR matters.

Manage RFQs, supplier POs, inventory allocation, and lead-time updates.

Monitor delivery schedules, expedite shipments, and resolve operational issues.

Support process improvements, KPI reporting, and team training activities.
