Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 or equivalent (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields).

• Work Experience: Solid experience in end-to-end logistics, regional supply chain management, or warehouse operations, preferably in an MNC setting.

• Regional & Trade Compliance Knowledge:

  • Proven experience coordinating import/export shipments across ASEAN countries.

  • Strong understanding of customs regulations, Free Trade Zones (FTZ) requirements, and international trade compliance policies.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in SAP transactions (e.g., Goods Receipt, Stock Transfer, inventory management) and logistics tracking systems.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Experience liaising directly with freight forwarders, 3PL/4PL providers, and customs authorities.

• Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills for inventory control, logistics process improvement, cost optimization, and proactive problem-solving to ensure timely deliveries.

• Manage end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations.

• Coordinate import & export shipments across ASEAN countries.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and 3PL providers.

• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.

• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.

• Execute SAP transactions, including Goods Receipt, Stock Transfer, and inventory updates.

• Ensure inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, FTZ requirements, and trade compliance policies.

• Support logistics process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
