Proficiency in Malay, English and Mandarin.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in automotive marketing or relevant training roles.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.

Solid knowledge of brand communication, campaign execution, and product messaging.

Confident in visual storytelling and able to engage diverse audiences effectively.

Possess a valid TTT (Train the Trainer) certification recognized by HRD Corp.

Design and deliver engaging training sessions on automotive marketing, branding, product storytelling, and digital marketing.

Develop and deliver customized training programs for internal staff, dealers, partners, and external stakeholders at different organizational levels.

Guide participants on customer engagement, brand positioning, and effective campaign execution.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align training content with product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

Develop training materials, product launch kits, marketing playbooks, and learning resources.

Support new marketing initiatives by ensuring teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills for successful execution.

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
