At least 2 years of experience in business development customer service, or a related role.

Excellent command of English & Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.

Conduct market research to identify potential personalities and evaluate interview opportunities.

Invite qualified personalities for interviews through phone calls, email, and other communication channels.

Proactively generate new leads through networking and referrals

Schedule interview appointments with personalities for our dedicated editorial team across Asia.

Work closely with editors to ensure monthly appointment and sales targets are achieved.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and appointment status.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients throughout the engagement process.
