【How We Work】

• Work Location: Fully remote. Applicants must be located within Malaysia.
• Payment Method: Monthly settlement, paid in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Wise to your Malaysian bank account.
• Work Hours: Must be able to align with US business hours, approximately 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM MYT.
• Compensation: Fixed all-inclusive monthly salary.

Uncapped commission—the company continuously provides established client accounts and high-intent client leads, no cold outreach required; specific commission plan to be discussed in detail during the interview—we will show you the actual data from the past 12 months of the accounts you will be taking over.

【Taking Over Established Client Accounts, Not Cold Start】Our printing and advertising business (annual turnover approx. $2.5M) is seeking a Client Manager to maintain and develop existing Chinese restaurant clients in the US.

【Responsibilities】

• Maintain and develop existing clients (primarily via WeChat/Enterprise WeChat text communication)
• Follow up on menu repeat purchases and advertisement renewals
• Quotation and order entry (company system)
• Coordinate with design and proofreading teams
• Handle after-sales issues
