Expertise in conducting thorough skincare analysis to identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

In-depth knowledge of various skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits to effectively advise clients.

Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating a luxurious and welcoming experience for female clientele.

Strict adherence to sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and clean treatment environment.

Skilled in client consultation, actively listening to concerns and preferences to tailor treatment plans.

Proficiency in a variety of beauty therapy techniques relevant to facial treatments.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to cater to a diverse clientele.

Willing to work on shift hours, PH and weekends

Provide expert consultations to clients, actively listening to their needs and concerns, explaining treatment options, and setting realistic expectations for results.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits, effectively recommending and selling retail products to complement treatments and enhance client results.

Ensure strict adherence to sanitation and hygiene protocols, maintaining a clean and organized treatment room, sterilizing equipment, and following all health and safety regulations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit, and encouraging repeat bookings.
