Job description:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence. You will initially lead our Shopee store operations, with a strategic roadmap to launch and manage Lazada and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of double-day sales (9.9, 11.11) and understands the nuances of marketplace algorithms.

Responsibilities

1. Store Management & Operations

• Listing & Optimization: Upload new products with SEO-friendly titles, high-quality images, and compelling descriptions.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across platforms to prevent overselling or stockouts.
• Pricing & Promotions: Set up vouchers, flash sales, and campaign prices (e.g., Shocking Sale, Flexi Combo).

2. Campaign Planning

• Coordinate and execute participation in platform-wide mega campaigns (e.g., Payday Sale, 12.12).
• Design and implement store-specific promotions to drive traffic and conversion.

3. Customer Engagement & Service

• Maintain high Chat Response Rates by handling inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Manage store ratings and reviews to build brand credibility.

4. Marketing & Growth (Ads & Live)

• Manage platform-internal ads (Shopee Ads/Lazada Solutions).
• For TikTok Shop: Coordinate or assist in TikTok Live sessions and manage the Affiliate Creator network.

5. Data Analysis

• Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Identify trends and suggest improvements based on Business Insights data.
