Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Sales experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage to serve a wider customer base.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and highly disciplined.

• Aggressive in generating sales and consistently achieving sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Possess a valid driving licence.

Location: Jetour Setapak, Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new sales through walk-in customers, referrals, social media, roadshows, and prospecting activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and financing solutions.

• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and sales negotiations.

• Follow up with customers promptly to ensure excellent customer experience.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

• Participate in showroom events, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
