Job Description
Requirements
Relevant experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction-site supervision.
Able to read drawings and handle site matters independently.
Valid CIDB Construction Personnel Registration, or willingness to obtain it when required.
Valid Malaysian driving licence and own transport.
Able to work according to project schedules, including flexible hours when required.
Mainly required to travel to different project sites based on project locations.
Responsibilities
Interpret construction drawings and coordinate project schedules, manpower and daily site activities.
Schedule and coordinate contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor workmanship, materials, progress and site issues.
Prepare progress, quality and issue reports and communicate with clients and internal teams.
