Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, operations, or administration.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and in a team.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Willing to work on shift schedules.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transport (preferred).

Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Coordinate manpower planning and staff deployment according to operational requirements.

Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.

Manage and maintain employees’ attendance records.

Liaise with clients and internal departments regarding staffing requirements.

Monitor employee attendance, replacements, and manpower availability.

Coordinate training programmes for new employees.

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Prepare recruitment and operational reports as required.

Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by the Management.
