Full Time Service Crew / Barista Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Blue Bull International (M) Sdn. Bhd. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.

No prior experience is required; however, candidates with experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Customer Service, Food and Beverage Handling, Cash Handling, and Inventory Management is essential.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are necessary to interact with customers and colleagues.

Basic Barista Skills or willingness to learn and undergo training to prepare and serve beverages.

Must be willing to work on-site at TF Value Mart, Taman Connaught, 56000 Cheras (Kuala Lumpur), Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. or nearby warehouse location

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and quality standards.

Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other related tools, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Handle cash transactions, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment regularly.

Restock inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed, and monitor product freshness and expiration dates.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work atmosphere.

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and procedures.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the coffee station, preparing ingredients, and securing the premises.

Promote and upsell menu items to customers, providing recommendations and highlighting special offers.

Maybe required to support in warehouse and other ad hoc tasks as required by management.
