Open to students currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, Mass Communication, or related fields.

Interested in eCommerce, TikTok Shop, or social media operations.

Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle data organization and repetitive administrative tasks.

Good communication skills, willing to learn, and able to work well in a team.

Able to communicate in basic Chinese and English is an advantage.

Experience with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or other eCommerce platforms is preferred but not required.

Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data organization, document filing, data entry, and record updates.

Support the team in managing client TikTok Shop information, including product details, pricing, inventory, and order records.

Assist with product uploads, including organizing product names, images, descriptions, SKUs, prices, and promotional details.

Follow up on client store order status and assist in recording orders, deliveries, returns, and after-sales information.

Assist the operations team in preparing TikTok Shop campaign materials, such as promotion details, live-stream product lists, and discount information.

Assist in organizing sales data, store performance data, and basic reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure store operation tasks are completed on time.

Assist in replying to or organizing information related to clients, platforms, or customers.

Support the marketing team in executing TikTok Shop promotional campaigns and content arrangements.

Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor or management team.
